Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Techofund platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Techofund is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to collectively participate in construction and urban development projects in Ecuador. We act as intermediaries between investors and real estate developers.

Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a tax resident in Ecuador or have the legal capacity to invest in the country.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Not be legally prohibited from making investments.

Investments

Investment conditions:

• Investments are subject to risks inherent to the real estate market.
• Past returns do not guarantee future results.
• The minimum investment amount is specified in each project.
• Investments may not be liquid until the project is completed.

Risks

You acknowledge that:

• Crowdlending involves risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
• Real estate projects may experience delays or modifications.
• Economic, political, or natural factors may affect results.
• Techofund does not guarantee specific returns.

User Obligations

You commit to:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not using the platform for illicit activities.
• Complying with tax laws applicable to your investments.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Techofund or its licensors and is protected by Ecuadorian and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Techofund shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount invested by the user.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, or at the request of competent authorities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quito.
